How do I cancel my free trial?

You don’t need to do anything to cancel your free trial as no credit card was required to sign up. Your trial will automatically cancel after 10 days.

How do I cancel my paid subscription?

Enterprise members

Please contact your account admin to manage your account.

Individual members

You can cancel your subscription by going to Settings (in the left-hand navigation) > Plans and Payment > Cancel My Account.

How do I change my email address or password?

Enterprise members

To change your email address, please contact your account admin.

To change your password, please contact your account admin if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO). If your organization doesn’t use single sign-on, please follow the instructions for individual members below.

Individual members

To change your email address, visit your profile page and select Edit Profile underneath your name. From there, you can edit the email address field and click Save.

To change your password, visit your profile page and select Edit Profile underneath your name. From there, click CHANGE PASSWORD at the top of the page. Enter your current password and the new password, then click Save.

How do I change my payment method?

Enterprise members

Please contact your account admin.

To change your password, please contact your account admin if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO). If your organization doesn’t use single sign-on, please follow the instructions for individual members below.

Individual members

Go to Settings (in the left-hand navigation), select Plans & Payment, and click Update Payment under Payment Information. From there, you can enter your payment information and click Save Changes.

How do I add O’Reilly’s domain to my allowlist?

To guarantee you receive important messages from O’Reilly—including account activation and password reset emails—follow these instructions to add our domain and IP address to your allowlist.

Please work with your IT team to add the following domain and IP addresses as a trusted sender on your email server and firewall so that email from O’Reilly lands in your inbox.

Why haven’t I received my password reset email?

Enterprise members

If you haven’t received a password reset email that you’ve requested, it may be because your organization hasn’t yet taken the steps to add our email domain to your allowlist. Please reach out to your account admin to confirm whether they’ve allowed communications from O’Reilly.

Individual members

If you haven’t received a password reset email that you’ve requested, it may have gone to your spam folder. Take a look there, and if you still don’t see it, check to make sure you’ve entered the correct email address. If you need further assistance, reach out to our support team.
