O’Reilly Granted GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract
Special Agreement Allows Government Information Technology Personnel Enhanced Purchase Power of O’Reilly Products
Boston, MA—O'Reilly, the premier source for insight-driven learning on technology and business, today announced that the General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded the company an Information Technology Schedule 70: Federal Supply Schedule contract number 47QTCA19D0022. The IT Schedule 70 was established by GSA to assist federal, state, local and tribal governments with their procurement of IT products and services to meet IT goals by giving agencies access to innovative solutions and offers from pre-vetted vendors at pre-determined, negotiated prices. The GSA IT Schedule 70 contract is intended to streamline procedures and increase acquisition speed while providing inclusive access to businesses, supporting socioeconomic goals.
Formerly known as Safari Books Online, O'Reilly's on-demand learning platform and live online training is rich in exclusive content on today's most important business and technology topics, offered in a variety of formats for working professionals. With this deal, O'Reilly will begin actively promoting and marketing its products to potential government customers and is now available for all agencies, branches and divisions.
